To gain access inside the antenna complex first take control of the camera on the satellite dish on your left when you are facing the entry door. Point the camera at the antenna in the middle of the compound and there should be an activation button reading "Antenna". Activate it and the dish will move on the left and an Unlock button will come in sight at the roof of the building to the left. After you unlock it activate the antenna once again and move the camera this time to the right and look on the ground level for a unlock button for the main gate. This will give you access to the complex.
Activate the station to access data
Once you enter the complex look for a stairway right at the entrance. Go down to the locked door and look behind it for a camera. Take control of the camera and to the left there is a panel with "Intrude" button. Activating it will give you control of another camera and once you have it look again on the left for an unlock panel. Once you are done exit the basement and climb the dish with stairs. After that activate the antenna to rotate the dishes so it opens up your way to the other side. Once you are on that side make your way to the middle dish and take control of the camera on top of it so you have visability to activate the antenna again for a swap. When you climb the third dish there is a lift that you have to use to get on the ground for the second basement entrance. Enter it and look for a chain fence on the left. Behind it there are pipes you may blow up to clear the way. Walking in the corridor behind the fence you will come across another unlock panel. Use it and make your way outside to the entrance of the first basement. Enter it and now the gate should be unlocked with the data panel now being available.
