How to start the quest?

To start the quest find Jimbo in his store "Jimbo's Guns" and talk to him. He will tell you about his book and ask you to buy it from him. Once you buy it and exit the barter menu he will automatically initiate conversation with you and give you the quest along with the items needed to summon all the monsters and their locations.

Rabid dog location

Head over to Kenny's house, find the blue dog feeding cup at the back of the House's yard use the Moldy Sausage given to you by Jimbo to summon the Rabid dog. The dog will appear in an instant so make sure to hit it first so you get the first turn.

Cow location

Go to the farm and use the Cow Bell on the link hanging on the white picket fence. A cow will appear in a moment and start mooing. Just hit it once to kill it. There will be no boss fight.

Penis mouse and Fruit bat locations

To access the sewer locations you will need to finish the main quest "Alien Abduction" to get the Alien Probe teleporter. Use the Fromunda Cheese and the Blood Orange to summon the Penis mouse and the Fruit bat respectively. Both are boss fights.

Mutant Bacteria Location

Access to the Bacteria is available only during the main story quest "Attack the School". Once you get to the basement segment of the main quest look out for a room labeled - "Boiler Room". Inside you will find scientific table - use the Rubbing Alcohol to initiate the boss fight.

Barking Spider Location

The last boss Barking Spider is located in Canada and to gain access to him you need to follow the main story. Once you arrive in Canada look out for a white spider web located on the middle right side of the map. Use the Poutine to summon the boss and after you kill him you may head back to Jimbo to hand over the quest and receive the rewards.
