The quest is given by Kevin Stoley. He is located on the second floor of in his room in the Stoley residence. He tells you that he lost his father's iPad 2 somewhere around the church and wants you to find it for him.

How to start the quest?

To start the quest find Jimbo in his store "Jimbo's Guns" and talk to him. He will tell you about his book and ask you to buy it from him. Once you buy it and exit the barter menu he will automatically initiate conversation with you and give you the quest along with the items needed to summon all the monsters and their locations.
